✅ DO’s (What Teachers Should Do)

Before the Class
  • Plan the lesson in advance

  • Write Date, Topic and Learning Objective on the board

  • Keep teaching materials ready

  • Arrange seating to support interaction


During the Class
  • Start the session with a greeting and positive tone

  • Link today’s topic with the previous class

  • Explain concepts in simple and clear language

  • Use real-life or trade-related examples

  • Ask open-ended questions

  • Encourage learners to speak and share ideas

  • Move around the classroom while teaching


Learner Engagement
  • Conduct at least one activity in every session

  • Involve all learners, including quiet students
